Notcha Matcha is my baby—a creative, plant-based beverage pop-up built on a love for organic, ceremonial-grade green tea sourced straight from Shizuoka, Japan.

What started as a community rooted venture at the Augusta Market has officially grown, and I'm so excited to bring our bold, nostalgia-inspired Southern flavors into the Atlanta market. We've gone viral on social media for serving up a super unique, innovative drink menu, featuring unexpected (but totally obsessed-over) creations like our famous Hot Lemon Pepper Matcha.
