Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. We currently offer flat-rate shipping for $6 within the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Notcha Matcha is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
